Place of work: Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, full-time position. 

Reporting line: This position will report to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:  The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

– Coordinating the overall project financing in accordance with donor rules and regulations, in particular the EC;

– Maintaining the financial accounting system, financial control of all project activities and will be responsible for financial reporting to the donor;

– Maintain financial management policies, systems, structures and procedures for external audit and external evaluation;

– Prepare interim and final financial reports in coordination with the project partner;

– Prepares payments and monthly financial reports;

– Preparing financial data for audit purposes;

– Prepare and monitor the financial implementation of planned workshops and seminars;

– Provide supervision and support to project partners;

– Provide all necessary documentation to accounting firm for local finance;

– Coordinate activities with bank, bank payments;

– Coordinate financial management of Small Grant Facility project component;

– Occasional field visits and meetings with partners, using office vehicle

– Prepare contracts for staff, consultants;

– All other tasks related to financial management of the project.

Qualification/Skills: Experience in financial management, Driver’s license.

Education: University degree or relevant experience.
